Fees are quoted as a fixed fee for the stage being undertaken based on a percentage of the construction cost of the project. Fees are paid on an agreed cash flow. In the event fees fall due then work will cease on the project until the shortfall is made up. In the case where the budget changes then the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
